Monique has helped us excellently in our search for a suitable house. During the introductory meeting we went through our wish list together, where Monique helped us to remain realistic. 
 Together we visited several houses, where Monique had looked up information in advance about, for example, recent sales prices in the area. During the viewings, she pointed out practical matters to us, she was keen on any defects and arranged contact with the selling broker, sometimes asking them straight away. 
 Communication was done via WhatsApp, with Monique always responding quickly. 


 Even after we had found our home, Monique assisted us in arranging the structural inspection, going through the purchase contract and all associated administrative actions. 


 Monique is involved, practically decisive and great to work with.
